Well it's been a while since I was here and the reason for that is I have been sooooooo busy. No excuse I guess! Well let me say that I created this blog to share with you my journey to find what I believe to be a genuine moneymaking program. I wanted specifically, to start to build a site that would be developed over the next few years, with the belief that by then it would be well established and earning a good income for my retirement.
Well I believe I have found what I'm looking for and have been very busy building my site with the expert help from the program providers. My site is href="http://www.wyncroftmarketingglobal.com">here the niche' I have chosen is Kids and I would appreciate any feedback you may wish to supply.
I can't say enough about the guys who are helping me with this and remember that it is still in the build stage even though the site is live. There is a link on the sites home page for anyone who thinks that this kind of program may suit them. In other words, if your thinking of building and owning a web site to make money, then that's great.So go have a look and see what you think!
Now apart from my ' A World for Kids' site I am also building two other sites. (not connected to the above program) One is also an e commerce site, specialising in providing a Diesel Additive Product which will (and has already in the US) revolutionised the transport and mining equipment industries. I will keep you updated on this one as It won't be live until the end of January.
My third site is specifically designed for the construction industry around the world and is to provide theory training for Crane operators of all types of cranes. Riggers, Forklift truck operators, Safety Supervisors, Confined Space Training and more. After all, this has been my life for the last 42 years. It will be open to anyone who can understand and read English, as the whole process is based on Australian Standards which are some of the highest (if not the highest) in the world. So anyone who passes the exams will have absolutely no problems continuing on to the practical training in their home town, wherever in the world it may be!
What makes this site different to other training sites is this: Training courses are completed by 'Modules' A person does not have to purchase the whole course at one time and can take as long as they choose to complete the course. Saving them time, money, travel and so on. Again we are in the building stages and the site should be live towards the end of the 1st quarter this year.
So you see folks, I have been ultra busy and do apologize to those of you who look forward to my posts.

My journey - The end is almost in sight
Hello and welcome to this weeks post. I have been really busy this last week, as I surge ahead building two websites. One for my friend Ray, who has a trucking business and the other is my new global shopping site find it here It is filled with great shopping links, including Amazon. There is also a page dedicated to Affiliate Marketing with lots of links to great programs. This has been a culmination of months of preparatory work and research. Hopefully this will save you lots of time and energy in looking for either items to purchase or programs for making money. My Journey is Full On
Another week goes by and still knee deep in it! That is work, Internet and building new website. I did mention something about this in one of my earlier posts. Well I must say now that I have the server on my own computer, it is most rewarding to begin learning and building a website at the same time. I really do enjoy playing around on the internet and exploring all of the options that it has to offer. It doesn't matter your age, there is still lots to know and learn for all of us.
As the article below relates to Affiliate Marketing, I once again say, that I think this is the easiest as well as the cheapest way to get started making money on the web. Don't expect instant returns though, again I say that it takes a lot of effort and work. My personal goal is to be making a return on my investment in two years from starting.

Making Money on the Web - My Journey Forward
Hello again from sunny Perth West Australia (still here). Well another eventful week and more friends found on Face book as well as Twitter. It's good to have lots of people wanting to be friends and followers. I just hope I can give something to those who are looking. Remember that this blog is all about helping those who want to go a similar path as I.
This week I decided to install a 'Server' on my computer. Okay you ask, why. Well I am building web sites and not all of them require a hosting account just yet. One reason is that if you want to build a web site, normally you would start by getting a 'Domain Name like: http://yourwebsitename.com Then you would get a 'Hosting' Account. Then, a web site can be built using programs that come with a hosting account.
So, Look at it this way, build your site on your computer for free, using the same programs the hosting account is charging you for (monthly fee) Now this your paying for eventually, when your site is ready to be published. But at least your not paying the hosting account while building your site.
Well anyway, some people would think that's a good way to firstly, save some money, and secondly, to learn site building and web host.
This week I have downloaded a Server to my computer called xampp this is free and highly recommended. Now that I have that installed, I will be installing a website building program like Joomla 1.5 to work with. Maybe next week if I have time.

Making Money on the Web - My Journey is Advancing
Hi all, well it's been a b@#@#y frustrating week, not only time wise, (not enough of it) but I hate it when things don't go as I want them to. (Isn't that true for all of us?)
Well I am trying to get a 'share' widget for this blog that has more than just Face book, Blogger, Twitter and email. I did manage the get some HTML Code for one widget that had about eight on it, but when I inserted the code where I was meant to, all hell broke loose, so back to square 1. So it seems making money on the web is still hard work eh?
You'll notice here on this post that I have got 'Zemanta' hope you like it, I'll leave it on for a while and see if it gets any response, and what it can do for me / us.
I've also added a couple of new affiliate site banners for products that I am selling as a 'Making money on the Web' Affiliate Marketer. These companies have an affiliate program and it is very easy to join. Remember you don't even need a professional web site, just a Blog will do like this one or something similar. Have another look at the attached page entitled 'Affiliate Marketing' as well for more tips.
For those of you who have anything to do with diesel motors, you might want to have a look here for some good stuff.

Making Money on the Web - My Journey Onward
And yet another week goes by! Well it certainly gets more intruiging as time marches on. This week I have started to learn the act of building web sites with CPanel, and I must say it;s quite easy to handle and I will show you later on what I may accompish using this program. Affiliates Should Set Realistic Goals

When starting out as an affiliate promoting someone elses product or website it is normal to swing for the fence. However, this can eventually end in failure. Setting realistic sales and income goals can actually motivate and ensure longevity. For example everyone wants to make a million dollars and retire early. This is achievable if you set your goals realistically. The Internet is the grand illusion that paints this portrait of instant riches to the average online marketer. Newcomers often think they will see immediate income and be able to retire in 3-6 months. While this has happened for some the majority need a 3-5 year plan for success. The Internet guru’s and scam artists can be blamed for this tragic reality.
It is safe to say your first few months in business will be trial and error, learning as much as you can about marketing online and off and figuring out what works. Everyone should have a marketing budget and stay within that budget and grow advertising expenses as the profits start to come in. Add your credit card payments from month 3-6 and then your utility bills to month 6-9 and then the grand daddy of them your entire mortgage by month 12. Even if you just made an extra $300 a month and never added any more income, that could be used to accelerate the pay-off of debts and then put into a IRA to build retirement income. Add an extra $100 to your monthly credit card payment and you can pay it off in 1-2 years as opposed to 15-20. The power of making extra money online is all in how you look at it. Keep your day job, set realistic income and sales goals, track them daily, weekly, monthly and yearly and you will see your income grow and grow.

When starting out as an affiliate promoting someone elses product or website it is normal to swing for the fence. However, this can eventually end in failure. Setting realistic sales and income goals can actually motivate and ensure longevity. For example everyone wants to make a million dollars and retire early. This is achievable if you set your goals realistically. The Internet is the grand illusion that paints this portrait of instant riches to the average online marketer. Newcomers often think they will see immediate income and be able to retire in 3-6 months. While this has happened for some the majority need a 3-5 year plan for success. The Internet guru’s and scam artists can be blamed for this tragic reality.
It is safe to say your first few months in business will be trial and error, learning as much as you can about marketing online and off and figuring out what works. Everyone should have a marketing budget and stay within that budget and grow advertising expenses as the profits start to come in. Add your credit card payments from month 3-6 and then your utility bills to month 6-9 and then the grand daddy of them your entire mortgage by month 12. Even if you just made an extra $300 a month and never added any more income, that could be used to accelerate the pay-off of debts and then put into a IRA to build retirement income. Add an extra $100 to your monthly credit card payment and you can pay it off in 1-2 years as opposed to 15-20. The power of making extra money online is all in how you look at it. Keep your day job, set realistic income and sales goals, track them daily, weekly, monthly and yearly and you will see your income grow and grow.

Making Money on the Web - My Journey is moving on
Well this week has been busy again with no end of things happening at work and the usual million emails to get through. I do want to say, that since starting the blog I think the most emails that I have received, are to do with 'List Building'. I do believe I have mentioned this before. Now I know that a list is essential for getting traffic to your site, but hell there are thousands out there that want to sell you programs for doing this. Well, I'm not ready yet to pay for them. As I mentioned in my precious posts, my main reason for the blog is to find legitimate programs for making money on the web.
I want to continue my theme of 'Affiliate Marketing' and would like to point you to a page here on my blog which is dedicated to Liz Tomey, who is a very well respected Internet Marketer. I will try to bring you a bio on some of the top marketers as we go along. This will give you some insight into what can be achieved with lots of hard work.
